AI assistant on your website
A chat inside your site that answers visitors using the information you published.
Steps
- Under Website open Assistant.
- Turn it on and, if you like, add extra information that isn't in the sections (FAQs, shipping policies).
- Publish.
A chat button appears on your site. It answers only with what's on your site and what you wrote for it; if it doesn't know something, it invites the visitor to message you on WhatsApp.
