How to pay for your plan
Depending on your country, you have different payment methods.
Steps
- Go to Plans, choose monthly or yearly and tap the plan you want.
- Choose the payment method:
- Bold (Colombia): card, PSE or Nequi. You pay in pesos and the plan activates instantly.
- dLocal: a card from your country or bank transfer; it renews automatically each period.
- PayPal: with your PayPal account; it renews automatically.
- Complete the payment. When you come back, your plan is already active and you get a confirmation email.
If the payment doesn't show up
Wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If you paid by bank transfer or PSE, it may take a little longer. If an hour goes by, write to us with your receipt.
You need a confirmed email to pay.
