Full manual · vCard

Your vCard account is free and takes a minute to set up.

Steps

1. Go to vcard.u-site.app/register.
2. Enter your name, your email and a password, then choose your country and your business category.
3. Accept the privacy policy and tap Sign up.
4. Check your inbox and open the link to confirm your email. You can use the dashboard without confirming, but you need a confirmed email to pay for a plan or to get paid.

You can also sign in with Google

On the sign-in screen tap Continue with Google: no password needed, and your email is confirmed right away.

If you arrived through a friend's or an affiliate's link, you don't need to do anything: the account is linked automatically.

The first time you sign in, vCard takes you straight to creating your card.

Steps

1. Tap New vCard in the top menu.
2. Enter your name, your job title and your company. Upload your photo or your logo.
3. Add your WhatsApp, your email and your social networks. Each one shows up as an icon.
4. Pick a style and your brand colors; the live preview is on the right.
5. Tap Save and publish.

Your vCard lives at vcard.u-site.app/your-name. Share it on WhatsApp, paste it in your bio or print its QR code.

You can save it as a draft and finish later: edit it any time from vCard List.

You don't need to remember your password: you can sign in with a one-time code.

Steps

1. On the sign-in screen choose Sign in with a code.
2. Enter your email and tap Send code.
3. Open the email, copy the 6-digit code and type it into vCard.

The code expires after a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or request a new one.

Other ways to sign in

• Google: one tap and you're in.
• Email and password: the usual way. If you forgot it, use Forgot your password? and we'll send you a link to reset it.

The dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in. Everything is reachable from there.

What's on the home screen

• Overview: published vCards, visits and your plan.
• Quick links: My vCards, Statistics, Contacts and My plan.
• What's new: the carousel with the latest from vCard.
• Your referral link: share it and earn months of Premium.

The top menu

• Home, vCard List, New vCard, Website and Plans.
• Under your name (top right) is your account menu: profile, collaborators, affiliates, contacts, integrations, payments, schedule, verification, language and help.

The "?" button

Bottom right. It opens the AI assistant, WhatsApp, contact, this help center and the guide for the screen you're on.

On your phone the menu is behind the three lines, and the bottom bar takes you to the most used sections.

What people see when they open your vCard: your name, what you do and how to reach you.

Steps

1. Go to vCard List and tap Edit on the card.
2. Under Information fill in your name, job title, company, phone, email, address and website.
3. Under Images upload your photo or your logo, and a cover image if you like. They adjust automatically to phone screens.
4. Tap Save. The preview on the right updates as you type.

You can hide what you don't want to show

Your phone, email or rating can be hidden from the same screen without deleting them.

The AI-written description

Below your name goes a short line that explains what you do. If you're not sure what to write, tap Write with AI and it suggests one based on your job title and company.

Your vCard comes in several designs and adapts to your brand colors.

Steps

1. Edit the vCard and open Design.
2. Choose a card style. Switching styles doesn't erase your details.
3. Pick your colors and typography.
4. Set the shape of the photo and the buttons (borders) and an entrance animation.
5. Decide whether your social networks go in a row or in a side column.
6. Save.

Some styles and settings are Premium. On screen you'll see a crown on the ones that are; with Premium or a paid plan they're all unlocked.

Each network shows up as an icon on your vCard and opens your profile with a tap.

Social networks

1. Edit the vCard and open Social networks.
2. Paste the link for each network: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, GitHub, Behance, Telegram, Messenger, Signal, LINE and WeChat.
3. Save.

On the free plan your vCard shows WhatsApp plus 2 networks of your choice; the rest stay saved and appear when you activate Premium.

Extra links

Up to 10 more links, each with its own icon and name: your catalog, your menu, your booking page, a form. You'll find them under Extra links in the editor.

WhatsApp with a ready-made message

In the WhatsApp field you can write the message people will send you ("Hi, I saw your vCard and I'd like..."). That way the customer only has to tap send.

Your vCard can show whether you're open or closed right now, and when you open next.

Steps

1. Edit the vCard and open Hours.
2. For each day, mark whether you're open and enter your opening and closing times. You can add a second shift (for example 8–12 and 14–18).
3. Use Copy Monday to all days to avoid repeating yourself.
4. Save.

What visitors see

An Open now or Closed · opens Tuesday at 8:00 indicator, calculated with your country's time zone. Hours that cross midnight (for example 20:00–02:00) work too.

If you don't want to show hours, leave every day unchecked.

Show what you sell right inside your vCard, with a photo, a price and a button to order on WhatsApp.

Steps

1. Edit the vCard and open Products.
2. Tap Add product: name, price (written however you like: "$45.000", "From $20"), a short description and a photo.
3. Arrange them in any order and save.

How many you can show

• Free plan: 2 products.
• Premium or a paid plan: up to 6.

Anything beyond the limit stays saved and appears when you upgrade.

The "Order on WhatsApp" button

Each product has a button that opens your WhatsApp with the product name already in the message. You need your WhatsApp number on the vCard.

Translate it into English (or Spanish) with AI. Visitors see it in their language and can switch with a tap.

Steps

1. Edit the vCard and open Languages.
2. Tap Translate with AI. Within seconds your job title, description, button, WhatsApp message and products appear translated.
3. Review and fix anything you like; it's your text.
4. Save.

How it looks

An ES / EN switch appears at the top of your vCard. Anyone who opens it with their browser in English sees it in English right away.

This is a Premium feature. If you remove the translation, only the original language is shown again.

Two details that help your vCard sell more.

Video

1. Edit the vCard and open Video.
2. Paste the link to a YouTube or OneDrive video.
3. Save. The video plays inside the card.

Your website button

By default it reads "Learn more about us". Under Button you can change the text to whatever works best: "View catalog", "Book your appointment", "Get a quote".

Payment button

If you have a payment link (Bold, Wompi, Mercado Pago, PayPal or another), paste it under Payment button and your vCard will show a button so people can pay you. If you'd rather get paid directly through vCard, see the Get paid with Bold guide.

Your vCard can live at an address that's easy to remember.

Custom URL

1. Edit the vCard and open URL.
2. Enter the name you want: vcard.u-site.app/your-name. Letters, numbers and hyphens only.
3. If it's available, save. Your website uses the same address.

Short link

For ads, messages or your social media bio, you'll find a short link to your vCard under Share.

If you change the URL, the previous link stops working. Your QR code and your NFC card keep opening the vCard, because they point to a fixed link.

You can have one card per person, location or business, depending on your plan.

How many you can create

• Plan Free: 1.
• Plan Emprendimiento: 10.
• Plan Enterprise: 50.

vCard List shows how many you've used and how many you have left.

Duplicate a vCard

1. In vCard List open the card's menu and choose Duplicate.
2. A copy is created with the same design and details; change the name, the photo and whatever else you need.

Publish and unpublish

Each vCard has a published switch. An unpublished vCard can't be opened, but it isn't deleted. If your plan expires, the vCards beyond the free plan's limit are unpublished and come back online when you renew.

Every vCard has its own QR code, ready to print or show on screen.

Download it

1. In vCard List tap Share (or the QR icon) on the card.
2. Tap Download QR. It downloads in high resolution, with your logo in the center.

Where to use it

• Paper business cards, flyers and banners.
• Your shop window or counter.
• Your email signature or your presentations.

An image ready for social media

On the same Share screen you can download an image with your photo, your name and your QR code, designed for posting on Instagram or sending on WhatsApp.

The QR code points to a fixed link: even if you change your vCard's URL or design, it keeps working.

Anyone who opens your vCard can save you to their address book with one button, and can leave you their contact details too.

Save contact

Your vCard has a Save contact button. When tapped, the phone downloads your full contact card (name, phone numbers, email, company, photo, social networks) and adds it to the address book. It works on Android and iPhone with nothing to install.

Contact exchange

After saving you, the person can leave you their name, phone and email. You receive it:

• under Contacts in your account menu, with the date and which vCard it came from;
• by email, right away.

From Contacts you can export them or send them to your CRM with Integrations.

Your vCard can be saved to your phone's wallet so it's always at hand, even without internet.

Steps

1. Open your vCard on your phone.
2. Tap Add to Google Wallet or Add to Apple Wallet.
3. Confirm. It's stored as one more card in your wallet, with your QR code.

What it's for

At an event or a meeting, open your wallet, show the QR code and you're done. No need to look for the link or open the browser.

The Wallet buttons appear on your vCard once it's published.

A signature with your photo, your details and your social networks, ready to paste into Gmail or Outlook.

Steps

1. In vCard List tap Share and choose Email signature.
2. Pick one of the three templates.
3. Tap Copy signature.
4. In Gmail: Settings → See all settings → Signature → paste. In Outlook: Settings → Signatures → paste.

Every time someone gets an email from you, your vCard is one click away.

Visitors can save your vCard to their phone's home screen and open it even without internet.

How the visitor does it

• Android: when opening your vCard, an Install prompt appears; it's also available from the browser menu → Add to Home screen.
• iPhone: share button → Add to Home Screen.

It's saved with your photo as the icon. If there's no internet, it opens the last version they saw.

The install prompt is shown to visitors, not to you when you're signed in to your account.

Decide whether your vCard appears in the directory and on Google, and measure what happens with it.

vCard directory

In the editor, under Visibility, you choose whether your vCard appears in the directory by city and category and in search engines. If you keep it private, only people with the link can open it.

Statistics

Under Statistics you see, per card or for all of them together:

• visits;
• contacts saved, WhatsApp taps, calls and emails;
• clicks on each network and link, payments and contacts received;
• taps on your NFC card.

You can look at the last 7, 30 or 90 days, the last year or all time. Every month you get a summary by email.

The WhatsApp button on your vCard opens the chat with a message already written.

Steps

1. Edit the vCard and, under Social networks, enter your WhatsApp number with the country code (for example +57 300 123 4567).
2. Under WhatsApp message write what you'd like people to send you: "Hi, I saw your vCard and I'd like more information".
3. Save.

When someone taps the icon, WhatsApp opens with that text; all they have to do is send it.

Tips

• A short, specific message gets more replies.
• If you sell several things, use Products: each one comes with its own message including the product name.

When someone saves your contact, they can leave you theirs. That's how you build your customer list.

Where to see them

In your account menu → Contacts. Each one includes name, phone, email, the date and which vCard it came from. You also get an email right away.

What you can do

• Search them and filter by vCard.
• Export them.
• Send them automatically to your CRM, Google Sheets or WhatsApp with Integrations (HubSpot, Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks).

Your customers rate you from 1 to 5 stars right from your vCard, and you can show your Google reviews as well.

Reviews on vCard

1. On the vCard, the visitor taps the stars, rates you and leaves a comment.
2. You see them under vCard List → Reviews and decide which ones are shown.
3. You can request reviews by email from your customers on the same screen.

If you don't want to show the rating, hide it in the editor.

Google reviews

1. Edit the vCard and open Google Business.
2. Search for your business; the exact location fills in automatically.
3. Save. Your vCard shows your Google rating and latest reviews, plus a button to leave a new one.

Google Business and reviews is a Premium feature.

The blue check next to your name: it confirms with documents that your business exists or that you're the professional you say you are. That makes it harder for someone to impersonate you, and you show up first in search.

Steps

1. In your account menu tap Verify my vCard.
2. Choose what you're verifying: business (business registration or tax ID) or professional (ID and professional license or degree).
3. Upload the documents and submit.
4. We review them by hand and let you know by email. If anything is missing, we'll ask you for it right there.

If your vCards share your company's domain

When you have several vCards with emails on the same domain (for example @yourcompany.com), vCard List shows Authenticate your company: a single verification covers the whole team.

The badge is a Premium feature. If you no longer have Premium, the badge stops showing until you reactivate it.

An assistant that answers your customers' questions 24 hours a day, with a link next to your social networks.

Steps

1. Edit the vCard and open AI agent.
2. Turn on the link and type or paste what the agent should know: what you sell, prices, hours, how to get there.
3. Save. The assistant icon appears on your vCard.

The agent answers only with the information you gave it; if it doesn't have an answer, it says so and suggests contacting you.

This is a Premium feature. If you want an agent for WhatsApp, Telegram and email, check out uMind in the dashboard's What's new section.

The simplest way to get paid from your vCard: a button with the payment link you already have.

Steps

1. Create a payment link in your payment provider (Bold, Wompi, Mercado Pago, PayPal, Nequi...).
2. Edit the vCard and, under Payment button, paste the link.
3. Save. Your vCard shows the Pay button.

The money goes straight to your payment provider; vCard isn't involved in the transaction.

If you want vCard to collect payments for you

With Get paid with Bold you create payment links from the dashboard, receive the money in your vCard balance and withdraw it to your bank account. It works for services with scheduling and for selling without a payment provider of your own.

Create payment links, accept card, PSE and other payment methods, and the money goes into your balance.

Turn it on

1. In your account menu tap Get paid with my vCard.
2. Fill in your details (name, ID number) and the account you'll withdraw to.
3. Accept the payment terms.

Create a payment request

1. Tap New payment: description, amount and, if you like, make it a service with scheduling.
2. Share the link or let the customer pay from the button on your vCard.
3. When they pay, you get a notification and the payment shows as paid in your list.

What vCard charges

A fee on each payment, which you see before turning it on. Card details are processed by Bold; they never pass through vCard.

You need a confirmed email and to be located in Colombia.

What you collect stays in your balance, and you move it to your bank account whenever you want.

When it becomes available

• PSE payments: after 2 hours.
• Card or other payment methods: after 4 days.

That window covers possible reversals.

Request a withdrawal

1. Under Get paid with my vCard tap Withdraw.
2. Enter the amount (up to your available balance) and confirm the destination account, which must be in your name.
3. We process it and email you when it's in your account.

Cancellations and chargebacks

If a payment is reversed, it's deducted from your balance. If there are several within a short time, the pending balance may be held while we review.

Mark a service as schedulable and, when paying from your vCard, the customer picks a day and time based on your availability.

Steps

1. Under Get paid with my vCard create or edit a payment and check With scheduling.
2. Set its duration and your availability (the days and hours you work).
3. Share the link or leave it on your vCard.

What happens next

• The customer pays, picks an open slot and receives the confirmation and reminders.
• You see the appointment under Schedule & appointments, with the customer's details.
• You can connect your Google Calendar from Schedule so appointments show up there too (and in Outlook or on iPhone if you sync with Google).

A simple web page for your business, with no coding, connected to your vCard.

Steps

1. Tap Website in the top menu.
2. Choose a template that fits your business.
3. Change the text, colors and images; you see the result on the right.
4. Tap Publish. Your site lives at the same address as your vCard, with /web at the end (and with your custom URL if you have one).

Linking it to your vCard

Your vCard shows the button to your site, and the site links to your vCard and your WhatsApp. If you change your custom URL, both change together.

Creating and editing the website is a Premium feature. A site that's already published stays online even if your plan expires.

Your site is built from blocks; show the ones you need.

The sections

• Hero: title, tagline and main button.
• About us: your story or your business's story.
• Products or services: with images and prices.
• Location: a map with your address.
• Hours: your business days and hours.
• Contact: WhatsApp, email and social networks from your vCard.

How to edit them

1. Under Website, each section has a switch to show or hide it and a button to edit it.
2. Change the text and images and tap Save.
3. Publish again so the changes go live; until then, the site stays as it was.

Your website is published ready for search engines.

What it already does for you

• A title and description for Google, which you can change under Website → SEO.
• Optimized images and a preview image for when you share the link on WhatsApp or social media.
• An llms.txt file with your business information so AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) can understand it.
• Search engines are notified every time you publish.

Tips

• Write a title with what you sell and your city: "Artisan bakery in Bucaramanga".
• Fill in your location and hours; Google uses them.
• Ask your customers for reviews on your vCard: they count too.

A chat inside your site that answers visitors using the information you published.

Steps

1. Under Website open Assistant.
2. Turn it on and, if you like, add extra information that isn't in the sections (FAQs, shipping policies).
3. Publish.

A chat button appears on your site. It answers only with what's on your site and what you wrote for it; if it doesn't know something, it invites the visitor to message you on WhatsApp.

This is a Premium feature.

Start free and upgrade when you need to.

The plans

• Free: 1 vCard with the essentials: details, QR code, WhatsApp, email and 2 social networks.
• Premium: an upgrade for a single vCard: all social networks, styles, video, payment button, website, products, two languages, Verified badge and more.
• Emprendimiento: up to 10 vCards, all with Premium. For small teams and clients.
• Enterprise: up to 50 vCards with Premium and priority support.

Monthly or yearly

You can pay every month or a full year at once with a discount. Prices are shown in US dollars; in Colombia you pay in pesos at the day's exchange rate.

Where to see them

Under Plans in the top menu, or at vcard.u-site.app/precios.

Need more than 50 vCards? Write to us and we'll put together a custom plan.

Depending on your country, you have different payment methods.

Steps

1. Go to Plans, choose monthly or yearly and tap the plan you want.
2. Choose the payment method:
   • Bold (Colombia): card, PSE or Nequi. You pay in pesos and the plan activates instantly.
   • dLocal: a card from your country or bank transfer; it renews automatically each period.
   • PayPal: with your PayPal account; it renews automatically.
3. Complete the payment. When you come back, your plan is already active and you get a confirmation email.

If the payment doesn't show up

Wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If you paid by bank transfer or PSE, it may take a little longer. If an hour goes by, write to us with your receipt.

You need a confirmed email to pay.

If someone recommended vCard to you, their coupon gives you a discount on your first payment.

Steps

1. Go to Plans.
2. Under Have an affiliate coupon? enter the code (it starts with AGN-) and tap Apply coupon.
3. Pay as usual.

How much you save

• With Bold you pay 10% less.
• With dLocal or PayPal the price is fixed, so the 10% is given to you as extra days on your plan.

The coupon is valid only for your first payment and doesn't work for the affiliate themselves.

Your plan has an expiry date that you can see under Plans and on the dashboard home.

Renewing

• If you paid with dLocal or PayPal, it renews automatically on that date. We notify you beforehand and, if the charge fails, the next day.
• If you paid with Bold, we notify you before it expires so you can renew from Plans.

Upgrading

Choose the new plan and pay. The days left on your previous plan are credited to you, so you start from today without losing anything.

Downgrading

The new plan starts when the current one expires.

Cancelling

Just don't renew. When it expires you move to the free plan: your vCards aren't deleted; those beyond the limit are unpublished and come back when you pay. If you have automatic renewal on PayPal, cancel it from your PayPal account as well.

All your payments are recorded.

Where to see them

In your account menu → History: date, plan, period, amount, payment method and status (pending, completed, declined).

Receipts

Every completed payment is emailed to you. If you need a document from the payment provider (Bold, dLocal or PayPal), you'll find it in the email they send you.

If a payment shows as pending

That's normal for a few minutes with PSE or bank transfer. If it's still pending after an hour, write to us with the payment reference.

Any user can become an affiliate. You earn 30% of everything each customer you bring pays during their first year, and 15% of every renewal for as long as they stay.

Activate your account

1. In your account menu tap Affiliates: earn with vCard (or go to /afiliados).
2. Tap Activate my affiliate account, confirm your business, your WhatsApp and your country, and accept the rules.
3. Done: you get your AGN-XXXXXX code, your link, your QR code and your coupon.

How to bring customers

• Your link (vcard.u-site.app/r/YOUR-CODE): anyone who signs up through it is yours for good. The link attributes for 30 days.
• Your coupon: the customer enters it under Plans before paying, gets 10% off and the sale is credited to you, even if they didn't come through your link.
• Your QR code: print it or show it on screen.

Your affiliate dashboard

Available and pending balance, funnel (clicks, sign-ups, customers), latest commissions and ready-to-share materials.

Rules

• Each commission waits 30 days for refunds and then becomes available.
• Your own purchases don't earn commission.
• Fake sign-ups, spam or self-referrals get the account suspended.

Once you have US$20 available, you request a withdrawal and we pay it to the method you chose.

Set up how you get paid

1. In your affiliate dashboard open My profile.
2. Choose the method for your country:
   • Colombia: Nequi, Daviplata, Bre-B or bank transfer, in pesos at the day's exchange rate.
   • Other countries: PayPal or a USDT wallet, in US dollars.
3. Enter the details (number, key, email or address) and save.

Request a withdrawal

1. Open Withdrawals and tap Request withdrawal.
2. Enter the amount (minimum US$20, up to your available balance) and confirm.
3. You get an email when it's been paid, with the receipt.

The "pending" amount can't be withdrawn yet: it's commissions from payments less than 30 days old.

Apart from the affiliate program, you have a referral link that gets you Premium for free.

How it works

1. On the dashboard home copy your referral link (it's also under My Referrals).
2. Share it. For every person who creates an account with your link, you get 1 month of Premium.
3. Under My Referrals you see who signed up.

Limits

Up to 5 months per month and 12 months of Premium accumulated.

Referrals or affiliates?

• Referrals: give you Premium for every sign-up, whether they pay or not.
• Affiliates: give you money when the customer pays. You can use both.

A card that opens your vCard when held near any phone. No apps needed. Currently available in Colombia only.

What's included

• $99.000 per card, shipping included anywhere in Colombia.
• Ships from Bucaramanga and arrives in about 8 days.
• Your own design (you upload your artwork) or we design it and send you a proposal within 3 business days.

Order it

1. Go to /tarjeta-fisica (also from the notice in vCard List).
2. Choose the vCard, the quantity (up to 50) and the design.
3. Enter your shipping details and pay with Bold (card, PSE or Nequi).
4. We email you at every step: paid, in design, in production, shipped and delivered.

Protect your account with a second step when signing in.

Turn it on

1. In your account menu open My Profile and find Two-step verification.
2. Choose the method:
   • Authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password): scan the QR code.
   • Code by email: you get a code every time you sign in.
3. Enter the test code to confirm.
4. Store your backup codes somewhere safe: they're your way in if you lose your phone.

Change your password

On the same My Profile screen. If you sign in with Google, you don't need a password.

Invite other people to help you with your vCards without sharing your password.

Steps

1. In your account menu open Collaborators.
2. Enter the person's email and tap Invite.
3. They get an email; once they accept, they sign in with their own account and see your vCards.

What a collaborator can do

Edit the vCards and the website. They can't make payments, change your plan or delete your account.

You can remove their access at any time from the same screen.

vCard works in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Change the language

Your account menu has an ES / EN / PT selector. It changes the dashboard and the emails we send you.

Your public vCard

It's shown in the browser language of whoever opens it. If you turned on two languages, the visitor can switch between Spanish and English inside the vCard.

Your emails

They're sent in the language you use in the dashboard.

Every new contact, review or payment can flow automatically into the tools you already use.

What you can connect

• HubSpot: contacts come in as leads.
• Zapier, Make and n8n: connect to thousands of apps (Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, email...).
• Webhooks: for your own system.

Steps

1. In your account menu open Integrations & CRM.
2. Choose the tool and follow the steps: for HubSpot you connect your account; for Zapier/Make/n8n you copy the URL we give you or paste the one they give you.
3. Choose which events to send: new contact, review, payment.
4. Save and test with Send test.

If a delivery fails, we retry it automatically and you can see it in the integration's list.

For anyone who wants to manage vCard from their own systems or from an AI app.

Your API key

1. Under My Profile find API key and tap Generate.
2. Keep it safe: with it you create and look up vCards from your system.
3. The documentation is at /api-docs.

If you think it was leaked, generate a new one; the previous key stops working.

Connect Claude or another AI

With MCP you connect your account to Claude (or another compatible app) once, and from then on you manage your vCards by talking to it: create, edit, view statistics.

1. Under My Profile → Connect your AI copy the server address.
2. In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the address and authorize with your vCard account.
3. Ask it: "create a vCard for Ana with this WhatsApp number...".

The dashboard assistant

You don't need any of this to use the dashboard's AI assistant (the ? button): it's already connected to your account.

You can delete your account whenever you want.

Before you do

• Download what you need: your contacts (under Contacts) and your payment history.
• If you have automatic renewal on PayPal, cancel it from PayPal.
• If you have a payments balance or affiliate commissions, withdraw them first.

Steps

1. Under My Profile scroll to the bottom, to Delete account.
2. Confirm with your password (or your two-step code).
3. Your vCards, your website and your data are deleted. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.

This can't be undone. If you just want to stop paying, simply don't renew: you move to the free plan and lose nothing.
